If you are a regular user who enjoys computers or gaming and wants to make a change in Pulsar OS, this documentation will walk you through the fundamentals step by step: from using AI to develop your MVP (the initial concept, which we will turn into the final product) to publishing on GitHub (the most widely used code hosting platform, and the one we use) and opening Pull Requests (adding your code to our repository)
