Which edition works on which machine

Pulsar OS comes in several editions, each designed for a type of device and purpose.

Minimum requirements

• Memory: 8GB
• Storage: 20GB - 50GB to have room for your things
• Processor: It must be able to run Windows 10 or Windows 7 — i.e. it can’t be a potato; we are preparing a special edition for those.

Depending on the boot loader

If your device is very old it will only support BIOS and not UEFI, in which case you must use the GRUB edition, since the REFIND one will not work. If your PC is reasonably modern this does not apply and you can use both editions without problems.
